Our Mutual-Match System was created to both assess a student's unique profile and match the mentor best suited to foster the student's academic development. By evaluating a student answered questionnaire, we are able to assess a high school student's:

• Attitudes about personal academic performance
  
• Perceived academic strengths and weaknesses, and
  
• Insecurities about achieving higher education

Using this information, we can then connect these students with similarly minded, successful minority college students. These individuals, through their experience and proven track records, have demonstrated a strong willingness to promote the mission and values of Minority Mentorship.
