Our mentors are the backbone of our organization. It is their commitment to the mission and values of Minority Mentorship that allows us to succeed.

As a mentor, it is your responsibility to develop a positive relationship with your student(s). Minority Mentorship will, however, guide you through this process by providing you with an individualized growth plan for your student and a set of suggested discussion topics.

We believe that the uniqueness of each mentor is what sets the Mutual-Match system apart. The freedom we offer allows you to tailor the mentoring process to meet the student's expectations while following closely to your chosen path.
